Athanasios N. Nikolakopoulos, Ph.D.

I'm Thanos, a Research Associate of the Digital Technology Center (DTC) at the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, where I am working (primarily) with Prof. Georgios B. Giannakis and Prof. George Karypis.
My research interests span the areas of Graph Mining and Network Science, Recommender Systems, Machine Learning, Statistical Signal Processing and High-Performance Computing. Within these fields my work focuses at developing novel algorithms and models as well as useful software tools to tackle challenging real-world problems.
